Can I cancel a session or request a refund?
No refunds are given once a booking has been made, as stated in the refund policy.
However, you can change the date or save the session for a later date, provided you notify us in advance.
What happens after payment?
You will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Almu will contact you via WhatsApp and/or email to explain the entire process.
Do they work even remotely?
Yes. Energetic cleansings work perfectly remotely, since energy knows no time or place.
What does the cleansing include?
Almu sends a detailed report on what has been cleaned and provides personalized recommendations for what to do next.
Is it black magic? Can it be done to another person?
No. Cleansings are not black magic or any other kind of magic.
They are personal: cleansings are not performed on third parties without their consent, as that would be invading their energy field.
What might I feel during a cleansing?
You may experience drowsiness, headaches, hyperactivity, nausea, emotional sensitivity, or a feeling of calm.
These are normal symptoms of the energy process.
Do I need to do anything during the cleansing?
Ideally, you should be at home, relaxed and calm. Not driving, or at the gym.
You don't need to be lying down or meditating. You can be doing gentle things, as long as they don't cause stress (like exercising).
